Athena Tripodis

Joining Immaculate Flight in 2021, Athena is the company’s Talent Acquisition Manager. Athena handles all recruitment, retention and onboarding. She works strategically in bringing on and identifying the best talent for all positions in the company.

Before joining Immaculate Flight, Athena came from a Fortune 500 company bringing 10+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, and talent acquisition. Prior to that she managed a contract staffing firm recruiting for the nuclear engineering industry. She grew up in the restaurant business as her family owned and operated many restaurants giving her an extensive hospitality management background as well.

Born in Michigan City, Indiana-Athena is a native Hoosier and graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Service Management. She enjoys being a Mom and spending time with her family and loved ones. For fun she loves boating, baking, and especially traveling. Her favorite place in the world to travel is to the Greek Islands. She tries to make it back at least once a year to visit, specifically, an island named Ikaria located on the Aegean Sea where her family is from.
