Joining Immaculate Flight in 2023, Jesse works in the accounting department.
When not at work he likes to cook, bake and hang out with friends and family. You can also catch him working on his food truck on weekends in the summer around Grand Rapids.
I use Immaculate Flight for the following reasons:
- Customer service – IF is always reachable and responsive. Communicates with client upon arrival, departure and photos sent. Follow up from customer service.
- Training – IF has a formal training program
- Quality – quality is always top priority with IF
- Response – IF has been available for me nights, weekends at several S. Florida airports on short notice
- Insurance – IF carries the appropriate insurance
- Badging – IF techs are badged or have the proper credentials for the local airports
- Not a “Mom & Pop” – they will be around in a year from now
- Warranty – IF backs up their work and provides a warranty on their services

I want to personally thank you for the fabulous job the folks in Naples did. Not only was I excited to have a nice appearance for our owners to experience today but floored with amazement of not only the lavatory was impeccable but microwave was done.
