Shelly Ries/ Scheduling Manager

Shelly joined Immaculate flight in the fall of 2017 as part of the Scheduling team. She is a graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene University with a Bachelors of Business Administration. Shelly comes to us with over 17 years of private aviation management and experience with the Nation’s leading private jet company.

Born in Columbus, Ohio, she relocated with her family to the Grand Rapids area in 2013. She loves spending time with her family and friends, traveling, boating, spending time at their cottage on beautiful Mullett Lake and most of all being a mom to her children, Zach and Taylor, even though they are both grown up!

I use Immaculate Flight for the following reasons:

Customer service – IF is always reachable and responsive. Communicates with client upon arrival, departure and photos sent. Follow up from customer service.

Training – IF has a formal training program

Quality – quality is always top priority with IF

Response – IF has been available for me nights, weekends at several S. Florida airports on short notice

Insurance – IF carries the appropriate insurance

Badging – IF techs are badged or have the proper credentials for the local airports

Not a “Mom & Pop” – they will be around in a year from now

Warranty – IF backs up their work and provides a warranty on their services
