Teresa joined Immaculate Flight in September 2017 as a Scheduler. She was new to aviation and had just moved with her husband from Winston Salem, NC, where she was born and raised. She previously worked for VF Corporation for 23 years.
Teresa lives on a small lake in Michigan with her husband, Tony, and enjoys spending time with family, boating, and warm weather.
I use Immaculate Flight for the following reasons:
- Customer service – IF is always reachable and responsive. Communicates with client upon arrival, departure and photos sent. Follow up from customer service.
- Training – IF has a formal training program
- Quality – quality is always top priority with IF
- Response – IF has been available for me nights, weekends at several S. Florida airports on short notice

- Badging – IF techs are badged or have the proper credentials for the local airports

I want to personally thank you for the fabulous job the folks in Naples did. Not only was I excited to have a nice appearance for our owners to experience today but floored with amazement of not only the lavatory was impeccable but microwave was done.
