CLT – Charlotte, NC

Welcome to Charlotte!

On behalf of the entire team here, I would personally like to welcome you and your aircraft to our home – the birthplace of flight!

As one of the very first locations established within the company, I can tell you first hand that the team here enjoys a rich and vibrant history that has secured our future as one of the very best locations for specialty work and has led to the establishment of our base as the official “Training Headquarters” for every Immaculate Flight team member – a designation we take seriously.

We’re eager to take care of all of your detailing needs so please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions or would like a free quote for service!

Best Regards,

Craig Pelton – NC/SC Regional Manager

Area Tips:

  • North Carolina is a beautiful state that offers a taste of all four seasons so be sure to check the weather and plan ahead if you are requesting any exterior work.  During winter months, temperatures are known to reach freezing thus, most washes from November to February will need to be handled inside a hangar.   Fortunately, hangar space is inexpensive and available at most airports and we’d be happy to work with you and your ground handler to find space.

Things to Do:

  • North Carolina unique in that you may use flip flops and snow boots, on the same trip! In fact, a quick car ride can see you end up on sunny beaches one moment and snow covered mountains in just a few hours. Along the way, here are a few of our favorite stops:
  • The Biltmore Estate – Venture to take a tour or even book a stay in this 250 room mansion filled with impressive artwork, antiques that hold historical value, and architecture.
  • Battleship USS North Carolina –  Once the world’s greatest sea weapon, explore one of the first 10 battleships to join the American fleet in WWII.
  • Linville Gorge and Falls – Commonly referred to as the “Grand Canyon of the East,” Linville Gorge is the deepest and one of the most scenic gorges in the eastern United States.
  • Outer Banks – Uncover history varying from the Wright Brothers, shipwrecks, and the lost colony of Roanoke Island.  Due to erosion and shore damage the future of the banks is uncertain, making this trip a must see!
