We’re extremely happy to announce that just a few weeks ago, our company officially joined the National Business Aviation Association’s Leadership Council, becoming the first aircraft cleaning and detailing company in the world to do so!
Established just over four years ago, the NBAA Leadership Council serves as the leading voice for the business aviation community in and around Washington D.C. as well as around the world.
While the benefits of joining the council are numerous, one of the most important benefits is that our team will have the privilege of attending several specialized briefings from industry and government executives openly discussing business aviation’s current status as well as future challenges.
By attending these briefings – typically held in conjunction with other NBAA events – we’re also provided with a unique venue to voice our opinion on key issues such as the proposed 2015 aviation user-fee as well as efforts to minimize the industry’s impact on the environment.
What really makes the Leadership Council so special however, is just how diverse its membership body is. Reaching nearly every corner in the globe, the Council represents a wide-array of businesses that include several Fortune 100 companies, major aircraft and engine manufactures, as well as aviation service providers like Immaculate Flight.
The most important takeaway from all of this, is that more than ever before, aviation as a whole is in need of a strong voice in opposing additional regulations and taxes that would serve to undermine the health of this industry. Fortunately, the Leadership Council provides us with the opportunity to share our thoughts and directly influence action in Washington like never before.
We hope you’ll join us in supporting the Council, and be sure to stay tuned to our Facebook and Twitter accounts for a behind the scenes look at future meetings and pertinent actions related to business aviation.
