Serving nearly 2,000 aircraft in 2016 alone, Immaculate Flight’s Southern California operation is a 24/7, 365 day a year production of epic proportions, and to ensure it all runs safely – and without sacrificing quality – requires a world-class team of professionals.
Today, Immaculate Flight is excited to announce an addition to that team with the naming of Thierry Gonzalez Lopez in the new role of SoCal Regional Manager.
Joining Immaculate after nearly five years as General Manager for two major catering companies in the Los Angeles area; Thierry indicated in an interview during his first visit to the company’s HQ in Grand Rapids, MI that (his) transition into the new position has been smooth and draws many parallels to his past…
“The diversity of clients is the most common. One moment you’re working on a King Air and then you need to completely change gears to tackle a VIP 747 right after. They both deserve the same level of service, but their aircraft require completely different approaches – and often different skill sets. You have to always be ready for whatever gets thrown at you…”
Fortunately for Thierry, he will get plenty of time to “hone” his approach as he works alongside one of the most seasoned crews within Immaculate. Nevertheless, even with a battle tested crew and deep client list, Thierry sees opportunity for improvement when it comes to customer service…
“Going the extra mile is now the bare minimum in this industry, but what truly sets a company apart is (it’s) attention to the small things and that fight begins on the front-line on every job, every day…”
Luckily, Thierry’s past as a Property Manager and Personal Assistant for a high net-worth family provides him with the real-world experience in looking out for what the typical Immaculate Flight client’s requires when it comes to a service vendor…
“It’s about working towards becoming a partner and not just a vendor, that’s what we will work on from day one.”
Be sure to give Thierry and the rest of the SoCal crew a call the next time you’re in town and experience it for yourself!
