Kelly joined Immaculate Flight in 2022. Her background and experience in Accounting made her a great fit and we’re excited to have her on our team!
I use Immaculate Flight for the following reasons: Customer service – IF is always reachable and responsive. Communicates with client upon arrival, departure and photos sent. Follow up from customer service; Training – IF has a formal training program; Quality – quality is always top priority with IF; Response – IF has been available for me nights, weekends at several S. Florida airports on short notice; Insurance – IF carries the appropriate insurance; Badging – IF techs are badged or have the proper credentials for the local airports; Not a “Mom & Pop” – they will be around in a year from now; Warranty – IF backs up their work and provides a warranty on their services.
Wish I could clone your employees. So far, they have certainly exceeded expectations. You’ll definitely be my go-to guys for keeping our airplanes looking sharp! I appreciate you sending the best! I’m sold!

I am upset about one thing…that I didn’t have your team do this years ago! I could not be happier with the way my aircraft turned out! You be sure to tell your team they did a great job! I am astounded that you were able to get my paint looking that good! When I pulled my aircraft out into the sunlight I had no less than 12 neighbors come out to ogle over it. One of them said that you guys showed up with an army of detailers that worked their butts off I will be screaming your name from the rooftops!
Went out and checked the plane out tonight. Couldn’t be happier! It looks amazing and I didn’t think it could look so new again. Appreciate you working with me on the scheduling.
